Groups are welcome on the campsite or in our private barns and their fields, see the Barn pages for more about this option. Groups on the campsite may be required to pay a noise bond of £20 per person if you have not visited before - this is collected on the first day of your visit and simply returned when you leave if all is well. Subsequent visits by groups who have been quiet do not need to pay this bond. We offer a special youth rate for Duke of Edinburgh, scouts and schools if they agree to special conditions, see the D of E / youths page.

Group bookings: Small groups do need to book, but groups of 20 or more must do so - see the group booking page. Simply print out the appropriate form, fill in the details and enclose payment or you can use our secure online Payment page. A deposit of one day's camping fee or 25% (whichever is greater) must be paid in advance for the camping field. Groups in the barns will use the the special barn booking form, and in this case the full fees are required before your visit.

Boat hire and activities: Boats can be hired from the campsite most weekends in the summer, and every day during the high season when weather is suitable. Group rates are available for 6 or more people, see our boat hire page. We also offer a range of adventure activities on the campsite, including raft building, bushcraft, coasteering, as well as canoe and kayak instruction and much more. Discounts on activities are available for groups by prior arrangement, look at our Activities page for more.

Group resources: We also provide an educational tour of the farm and an associated printed document about the farm which is available in our document library. We also offer a draft Risk Assessment document that groups can use to incorporate into their own risk assessment. This is merely intended as a draft helpful guide and should not replace your own documents. We offer it as a pdf file, or as an MS Word document that you can use as a template to cut and paste from for your own documentation.
