Groups of more than 20 people may be accommodated on the campsite, but bookings are essential. Groups can also use two camping fields which are separate from the public campsite if they are using our barns, see our barns information page to find out more. We offer special concessions for Duke of Edinburgh, scouts and other bone fide youth groups if agree to special conditions, see the D of E / youths page. Bookings are essential for any large groups.

Boat hire and activities: Boats can be hired from the campsite most weekends in the summer, and every day during the high season when weather is suitable. We rent boats by the hour and can offer instruction by prior arrangement, see our boats and activities page for more. Group discounts can be arranged. Activities and educational tours are also available by special arrangement for youth and school groups. We also provide an educational tour of the farm and an associated printed document about the farm which is available in our document library. Llyn Gwynant campsite welcomes youth groups, especially those wishing to introduce young people to the countryside. We can offer special terms to instructors for outdoor pursuits.

Group Bookings: For groups of 20 or more bookings are required see our group booking page. We also have a special barn booking form, accessed from the barns page. Simply print out the appropriate form, fill in the details and enclose payment. Cheques should be made payable to Gwynant Ltd or alternatively you can use our secure online Payment page. For groups on the camping fields a deposit of one day's camping fee or 25% (whichever is greater) must be paid in advance, however for the barns the full fees are required before your visit. Post the completed form and payment to the address on the top of the form.

Group resources: We offer an educational booklet on the local farm for groups interested in the local environment. We also offer a draft Risk Assessment document that groups can use to incorporate into their own risk assessment. This is merely intended as a draft helpful guide and should not replace your own documents. We offer it as a pdf file, or as an MS Word document that you can use as a template to cut and paste from for your own documentation. All resources are available in our document library.
