Group Bookings are required for groups of more than 20 people. To make a group booking download either the Group booking form or the Barn booking form using the links below. The booking form can be used to determine what the cost of your visit will be. A deposit of one day's camping fee or 25% of the total visit cost (whichever is greater) must be paid in advance for any campsite booking, and in the case of the barns there is a refundable bond and possibly a noise bond as well. You will therefore need to fill in the details on the booking form and post to the address shown on the form - either enclose payment with the form or else pay using our secure Payments page. It is important that every group is aware of our campsite regulations, check out our Campsite regulations page as well as our Group regulations. There is also a printable document giving our booking terms and conditions pdf. If you read nothing else, please at least read our most important rules, designed to make everyone's visit more enjoyable:

1. Noise: No noisy activity after mid-night Fri/Sat or 11pm other nights. We may require a noise bond.
2. Radios: No radios, stereos or sound systems are permitted whatsoever.
3. Firewood: Only wood bought on site is burned on site. No collecting of firewood from woods or farmland.
4. Rubbish: Please separate all cans and glass into bins provided - this is a condition of using our campsite.
5. Fire regulations: Keep 6m spacing between groups and 3m between units in your own group.

Note that we may require a behaviour/noise bond from groups that we do not know well, which can be £200.00 and is refunded when you leave if our rules have been adhered to.
