First you need to contact us to determine if there is availability for the dates you want. We will hold dates for you if you ask, while you sort out details. Normally we hold dates for 2 - 3 weeks, after which we require a deposit and booking form see below.

Second make sure you have thoroughly read the information we have provided including our Barn terms and conditions page: you can also download this as a pdf document, see below. You will likely either be planning a wedding or other celebration at the barns, in which case see our Weddings and events page or else intending to use the barns for a camping or outdoor group probably midweek or in the low season, in which case read our Group barn page carefully. The information on these pages is also available as printed documents, using a link at the top of these pages or from the barn documents page.

Third when you have heard that the dates are available, and have read and accepted the terms and conditions for hiring the barns, download the appropriate booking form using the links below, print this out, fill in the details and send it with a deposit to the address at the top of the page. The deposit required is £500 for an event in the whole barn complex, or £100 for just the Camping and bunk barn. The deposit can either be enclosed as a cheque with the form, or you can make a payment by BACs using the details on the booking form, in which case please also send us an email so we track your incoming payment. Please be aware that this deposit is not refundaable.

The balance and the refundable bond will be owing 4 weeks before arrival, see the barn Terms and Conditions for more information. Equipment hire can be organised separately but please give us the details and your payment within 2 weeks of your arrival.
