Bookings for the
Llyn Gwynant Barns Bookings are required for the Llyn Gwynant barns. First you need to contact us to determine if there is availability for the dates you want. Second you will need to make sure you have thoroughly read the information we have provided to determine that the barns are suitable for you. You will likely be intending to use the barns for a camping or outdoor group, in which case read our Group barn page carefully, or you are planning a wedding or other weekend event at the barns, in which case see our Weddings and events page. The information on these pages is also available as a printed document. Third read our Barn terms and conditions page: you can also download this as a pdf document, see below. Lastly, When you have heard that the dates are available, and have read and accepted the terms and conditions for hiring the barns, print off the appropriate booking form: this will be either the Barn group booking form, for camping or outdoor groups using the barns, or the Event booking form if you are hiring the barn for a weekend event such as a wedding or other celebration. Fill in the details on the appropriate form and send it with a deposit to the address at the top of the page. Either enclose payment with the form or else pay using our secure Payments page or make a payment by BACs, details are on the Terms and Conditions page.
