Bookings for the Llyn Gwynant Barns
Nantgwynant, North Wales

Bookings are required for the Llyn Gwynant barns. First you need to contact us to determine if there is availability for the dates you want. Next you will need to download the appropriate information sheet, the barn terms and conditions and either the Barn booking form if you are camping only, or the Function booking form if you are using the barns for a function. Use the links below or on the barn documents page. Fill in the details on the booking form and post to the address shown at the top of the form - either enclose payment with the form or else pay using our secure Payments page or make a payment by BACs, details are on the Terms and Conditions page. The balance and bond will be owing 4 weeks before arrival, download our Terms and Conditions for the barns for more information.

It is important that you are aware of our conditions for using the barns:

  • The maximum number of people at any function is 400.
  • Vehicles are restricted to the barnyard unless as arranged for large groups.
  • Fires only on steel firepits or on the fire site in Cae hendre field using only wood bought from us.
  • Only acoustic music is allowed outside, and only during the day. Sound systems in the barns must be barely audible on the campsite prior to 11.30 pm and not audible on the campsite after this time. Sound levels depend on the weather and will be monitored by campsite wardens who must be respected if they ask for lower noise levels.  A noise bond may in some cases be required.
  • No excessive noise or disturbance is to be inflicted on the public campsite. Barn users do not have the right to roam over the camping fields though they are welcome on the campsite beach. Barn groups must be respectful of the needs of other campers, especially those using the toilet block.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the barns and must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • No nails, staples or other sharp objects are to be used in any wood anywhere in barns.
  • Barns and fields must be left tidy, rubbish in the bins and glass and cans separate for recycling.
  • Security during your stay is your own responsibility. Keys to the outside doors will be supplied.
  • Arrival time for the barns is after 2.00 pm, and please leave by 11.00 am unless otherwise arranged.

You also need to be aware of the campsite rules, so at least read our most important rules, designed to make everyone's visit more enjoyable:

1. Noise: No noisy activity to disturb the campsite.
2. Sound systems: No radios, stereos or sound systems are permitted outside the barns.
3. Firewood: Only wood bought on site is burned on site. No collecting of firewood from woods or farmland.
4. Rubbish: Please separate all cans and glass into bins provided - this is a condition of using our campsite.
5. Fire regulations: Keep 6m spacing between camping groups and 3m between units in your own group.
